Cubaris sp.

Stand-in photo. This is not a picture of the colony in the bins.
$5 per isopod
No set pack size. A new colony usually does better with several animals than with one.

Shiro Utsuri is a white Cubaris with black patches, named the way a white koi with black markings is named. High humidity, moss, and a less-wet corner. The white shell is the first thing to look chalky if the damp side fails.
Aged leaves, wood, calcium, tiny protein portions. The ink-blot pattern is genetic.
Slow, and the black patches vary from animal to animal. That variation is part of the line. No brood count is logged.
A high-contrast display Cubaris for a keeper who already maintains humidity. Not a first colony.
The price is for one isopod. Choose a count, then pay at checkout. Stripe test mode accepts 4242 4242 4242 4242 and does not charge a real card.
