Cylisticus convexus is a small temperate isopod that can curl, but it is not a tropical Cubaris. Give a moisture gradient, bark, and more ventilation than a duckie bin. They tolerate a cool room better than a hot one.
Leaf litter, rotten wood, and a calcium source cover most of it. They are not heavy protein eaters. A slice of vegetable should be gone before it sours.
A healthy group can tick along steadily in a modest bin. Still, no brood number from these bins is on file.
A practical small colony, including for someone who wants a roller without the care of a high-end Cubaris.
The price is for one isopod. Choose a count, then pay at checkout. Stripe test mode accepts 4242 4242 4242 4242 and does not charge a real card.
